From October 3, 2018, to May 5, 2019, the Vittoriano in Rome hosts an exhibition dedicated to Andy Warhol (1928-1987), the “founder” and the most popular artist of the Pop Art.

The exhibit exposes over 170 works, mostly coming from private collections, that resume the life of the artist and retrace the most meaningful and popular moments of his career. Among them Campbell’s Soup and Marilyn Monroe. There are also the polaroids that Andy Warhol used as a starting point for his screen printings.
