“Organismi” at GAM in Turin
Until November 6th, GAM hosts an exhibition combining art, architecture, design, photography and food.
GAM in Turin hosts ORGANISMI, a collective exhibition combining art, architecture, design, photography and food, from Art Nouveau to Bio-Architecture.
Vases and furniture by French artist Émile Gallé, designs by architect Raimondo d’Aronco and scientific documents by Santiago Ramon y Cajal, who won the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1906.
The contemporary era is represented by the artworks of French artist Pierre Huyghe, by botanist Patrick Blanc (the inventor of vertical gardens) and by architect Mario Cucinella. In addition, documents about the origin of the Slow Food movement.
