In Winter, from November to March, Florio Wine Cellars organize guided tours with the tasting of Duca di Salaparuta, Corvo and Marsala Florio wines combined with Sicilian delicacies.

Cantine Florio are the historical winery where the Marsala wine was created and from where it left to conquer the whole world thanks to its perfume and good taste.
Nowadays the Marsala Florio production still occurs here, even though a part of the historical cellars have been restored and they can be visited by those who want to discover the world of this famous wine.
The cellars are easy to reach and they can be visited all year round.

Useful information:
The cellars are open all year round:
Closed on the first week of January.
Visits are in Italian and in English.
Guided tours can be reserved also in French or Spanish upon request and at different times.
Reservation is mandatory, on a first-come, first-served basis.

“STANDARD” TOUR – 1 hour and a half
It includes a guided tour of the winery, and the tasting of 4 Duca di Salaparuta, Corvo and Florio wines (one white wine, one red and two marsala) with gastronomic pairings.
Opening hours:
-Monday to Friday: 10 am in English and 3:30 pm in Italian.
-Saturday: 10 am in English and 10:30 am in Italian

“FLORIO” TOUR – 1 hour and a half
It includes a guided tour of the winery and the tasting of Florio marsala + 1 zibibbo with gastronomic pairings.
Time and date to be established.
Languages: Italian, English, French and Spanish
Participants: minimum of 15 people

“FOOD&WINE” TOUR – about 1hour and 45 minutes
It includes a guided tour of the Wine Cellars + sit-down tasting of one white wine, one red and two marsala with 4 small gastronomic pairings.
Time and date to be established.
Languages: Italian, English, French and Spanish
Participants: minimum of 15 people

TOUR with “FLORIO TASTING LUNCH” – about 2 hours and 30 minutes
It includes a guided tour of the Wine Cellars + sit-down tasting with table service of 4 marsala, (including 2 reserve wines) paired with 4 dishes designed by the chef.
Time and date to be established.
Languages: Italian, English, French and Spanish
Participants: minimum of 20 people
