Tuscany – Info

Florence is the Region Capital, while the other provinces are: Arezzo, Grosseto, Livorno, Lucca, Massa-Carrara, Pisa, Pistoia, Prato e Siena.

It is easy to get to Tuscany:
– by car: thanks to highway A1 (Milano – Napoli) passing through Florence and highway A12 (Genova – Roma, not yet completed) passing through Livorno;

– by train: even High Speed trains. Main stations: Firenze, Arezzo, Pisa, Massa Centrale, Livorno Centrale and Grosseto;

– by plane: principal airports Florence and Pisa;

– by boat: Livorno is one of the most important touristic harbours of Italy.
