The Borgotaro Mushroom Fair, this year at its 50th edition, offers 4 days of tastings, street food, and exhibitions dedicated to the Borgotaro porcini mushroom, a special variety of porcini mushroom, considered superior for its olfactory and aromatic qualities.
Every year Borgotaro attracts thousands of mushroom seekers ranging over the woods in search of this prestigious mushroom.
