Campania – Info

Napoli is the region capital, while the other provinces are: Avellino, Benevento, Caserta and Salerno.

It is easy to get to Campania:

– by car, thanks to highway A1 (Autosole);

– by train, with intercity and high speed trains: the whole region is well connected but the Appenines part, where the stations are pretty far away from the centres. The main stations are Napoli Centrale, regional focal point and Salerno Centrale, high speed trains stations and NTV;

 

– by plane, thanks to the airport in Naples, Salerno and Caserta;

 

– by boat thanks to Salerno and Naples harbours. Especially in Naples you may reach the island of Capri, Ischia and Procida, or the Sorrento peninsula and the Amalfi coast thanks to ferries and hydrofoil boats.
