The Luciano Pavarotti residence, is located in an area bought by the great tenor in the 1980’s in Modena.
Besides music, Pavarotti had another great interest: horses. That’s why he built stables and a riding school in his home. Since 1991, for eleven years, the Maestro’s house hosted a notable show jumping competition (CSIO), attended by the most famous show-jumpers of the international horse riding circuit.
The villa was built following the instructions and the sketches that Pavarotti himself gave to the architects. Many artifacts have been made by blacksmiths, carpenters, carvers and decorators from all over Italy who have crated unique products.
The house keeps the memories of the days spent with family, friends and students. Through objects, costumes, awards, pictures and videos, visitors can see the tenor in a new and more intimate light.
