Po Truffle fair (Tartufesta del Po) – Carbonara di Po

In November 9 days for the fair in honor the White Truffle

For three weekends from November 1st to 19th, 2023, in Carbonara di Po, in the province of Mantua takes place the Truffle Fair  “Tartufesta del Po”.

The Tartufesta Fair, in its 26th edition, is entirely dedicated to the excellent and well-known White Truffle.

The White Truffle is the main protagonist of the festival, Truffle-based products are shown on all exhibition stands and all menus offer truffle-based dishes together with local wines and products.
