On May 3rd, 2026, Stramilano run is the first Italian sports event for amateurs. and a non-competitive run at your own pace returns in Milan.
The first Stramilano was organized in 1972 as a simple family walk, but now it has become the symbol of city aggregation. There are no participation constraints: it is open to men and women, to children and the elderly. In 2026 it is at its 53rd edition!
The start line is in Piazza Duomo, the route twists and turns for 10 km along the bypass and it ends at Arena Civica. Stramilanina run offers a shorter route of only 5 km. for children and runners who don’t feel like to struggle too much,
Drink stations are placed at the 8 km marker (Stramilano) and 2 km marker (Stramilanina) and at the finish line.
