4 weekends in November, in Carbonara di Po, in the province of Mantua takes place the Truffle Fair “Tartufesta del Po”.
The Tartufesta Fair, in 2025 at its 28th edition, is entirely dedicated to the excellent White Truffle.

The White Truffle is the main protagonist of the festival. Truffle-based products are shown on all exhibition stands and all menus offer truffle-based dishes together with local wines and products.
