Magic Realism – Milan

From October 19th, 2021 to February 27th, 2022, the Palazzo Reale in Milan hosts the exhibition Magic Realism, to let visitors discover this fascinating historical period of Italian art between 1920 and 1935.
The chrono-philological path of Magical Realism revolves around more than 80 Italian masterpieces including works by Felice Casorati, such as the Portrait of Silvana Cenni (1922), the first metaphysical inventions by Giorgio de Chirico such as the Self-portrait and the October time (1924), the works by Carlo Carrà, with Loth’s daughters (1919), and Gino Severini with Card Players.
Opening hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 7.30pm and Thursday from 10am to 10.30pm
